The charm is very detailed. He is surrounded with semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, flower and bushes.
It comes with an ear cuff that is surrounded with flower, swarovski pearl and aventurine stone. This earring is meant to be one sided. It is linked with 14k gold plated chain.
